Outcast Wizard, Quinton and his Imp Familiar must walk the land. High Adventure, Low Comedy and some Minor Property damage resulting. (Update: After running for a year now, the strip seems to have settled upon an 8-panel North-South format.)

Quinton is run out of town. Again. This is the last episode of the first volume of the Walking Mage. (Look out! We're going to press in the paper-version! Fun, fun, fun! Massive edits and a cover painting are now needed. . . Mm. lots to do. . !)

I was recently warned by higher ups in the know that The Walking Mage is a "Bad Idea"; specifically, when fascist regimes finally cross the line and start making their most belligerent power grabs, it is the writers and intelligentsia who are often among the first to be collected.

As amazing as it seems, it is now getting close to a time when we must watch our words! Thus, the current Walking Mage story-arc where I'm am merrily lampooning the Bush Reich will be wrapping in another four episodes. Stay tuned for the stunning conclusion.

General note: If I vanish or otherwise stop publishing, please be advised that unless otherwise stated through the use of clever artwork which nobody but I can draw, that it wasn't my idea or with my consent.

Stay safe and love your fellow humans with all your heart. It's the only way out.

I just wanted to say that I enjoyed Thieves and Kings when it first came out in comic shops. I always tried to get the latest issues, but they became harder and harder to find. Great to see it's still going!! :)

Hi Mark

Wonderful artwork here and a very nice website. I wish you good luck with it. This is pro stuff!

A suggestion: It seems to me, your website is more about presenting the comic than letting the users read the story online. Maybe you should try making an online version, where details and text is easy to see.
