Donna Barr says: If you want to become a comic artist, first draw 10,000 drawings. Counting down panel by panel in bloggery, ancient Romans, and the IRT train. Plus, naked elves & space aliens! Sometimes! (Updates infrequently.)

Rats on a Sinking Censorship: Another BOLDFACE comic for the Children's Book Council newsletter, written by the "Fluff in Brooklyn" creator and podcast hostess and drawn by yours truly. In other news: I'm thinking of moving SPQR Blues entirely over to its own separate domain and starting up Daily Angst regularly again.

It's been a while since I've done a real Daily Angst, but SPQR Blues has been updating pretty regularly. I'm working on some comics to post after Small Press Expo in Maryland this weekend (www.spxpo.com). Come visit my table if you're there--I'll be next to the Playground Ghosts and Fluff in Brooklyn, who will be the boisterous people giving out free high fives and displaying much more energy than I have. I'll be giving out chocolate and ancient Roman party favours. Easier on the hands.

Amazing work. Trully inspiring. And that is the best compliment from one comic artist to another ;)
